Artist/Art Director/Gallerist David Reposar will be opening his third show at Venus & Victory on February 17, 2024.
SILVERSTRUCK is an homage to his friend, muse, and confident, the multi-talented Amy Chambers, known as SILVER LUCY. While I never met Silver Lucy, her legacy as a warm, embracing creative continues to live on and inspire many people, including me. David asked me to create a work on paper to honor her famous handmade “Bowie pants.” This installation piece will be one of the many multi-disciplinary works by various artists on display at 824 Hyde Street, San Francisco through March.
